What emerging professionals ask us.
What are the prerequisites?
Completion of one of our Career Skills Accelerator tracks (Warp 5, 7, 10, or Bootcamp) — we want to see you've built the foundation before we place you in a real role.
Where do internships take place?
Most placements are in Seattle / King County, including onsite work at partner locations and hybrid arrangements. Remote roles are available for select partners.
How long is the program?
8–12 weeks, totaling 160–200 hours of real project work plus mentorship and career coaching.
Is this paid?
Internship structure varies by partner. Some roles are paid directly; others are stipend-based or lead to paid full-time offers. The program itself is 100% free to participants.
What happens after the internship?
Graduates receive continued placement support, employer warm-intros, and portfolio refinement until they're in a full-time role. Many move directly into roles at the same partner organization.
Ready to launch your tech career?
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Placements are limited. The program is — and always will be — free.
