What we'll never do
Share or sell your contact information. Send automated marketing from third parties. Contact you outside business hours (8am–7pm PT) except for urgent cohort logistics.
Channels we use
Email (primary), SMS (with explicit opt-in — see SMS Policy), and postal mail for official tax documents. We do not use robocalls.
How to opt out
