What locations do grads work from?

Remote-first, with a WA and OR concentration. Many grads are open to hybrid or relocation for the right role.

Do you handle visa or work authorization?

Grads are US work-authorized unless noted on their profile. We flag sponsorship needs up front so there are no surprises.

Can we pilot a single hire first?
