Common Questions

What learners ask us.

Do I need to complete the Navigator program first?

It's recommended but not required. The Navigator program builds digital foundations and career clarity that make the Warp training more effective — but you can enroll directly if you already have basic digital skills.

Is the training really self-paced?

Yes — Warp 1 is fully online with no live sessions or fixed schedules. Higher tracks (Warp 5, 7, 10) include hybrid components, but the core platform content is always available on your own time.

Which track should I start with?

If you're exploring and want a low-commitment introduction, start with Warp 1. If you're ready to commit to a structured learning path, Warp 5 or 7 are great starting points. Your career navigator can help you choose the best fit.

What credentials will I earn?

You'll earn completion certificates through our platform and can pursue industry-recognized credentials in AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, and more as part of your learning pathway.

Can I take courses in non-technical topics?

Yes — the Career Skills Accelerator spans both technical and non-technical disciplines, including HR fundamentals, cloud operations, and professional development topics designed to round out your career readiness.

What happens after I finish the training?

Warp 10 graduates are eligible for the Bootcamp and then our Workforce Development & Internships program (Service Unit 3), where you apply your skills in real professional environments with mentorship and career support.

“We don't just train. We launch careers, build pipelines, and prove that potential doesn't have an expiration date.”
