Is this really free?
Yes — 100% free. We never charge participants, take a percentage of your salary, or collect any fee. A4E is a 501(c)(3) funded by grants and donations.
How long does the process take?
Most resumes are done in 2–3 weeks across four sessions. If you need something faster for a specific application deadline, tell us in the intake call and we'll accelerate.
Do I need to be in a Warp cohort first?
No. Resume coaching is available as a standalone Digital & Career Navigator service — you don't need to enroll in any training program to book a session.
Will you write my resume from scratch if I don't have one?
Yes. Many of our participants don't have a resume yet. We'll interview you, pull out accomplishments you may not have realized were resume-worthy, and build it together.
What if English isn't my first language?
We offer coaching in multiple languages and translation support for English-language final drafts. Your story should never be limited by the words you're still learning.
Can you help with the cover letter too?
Yes — we include a one-page cover letter template customized to your target roles, with three opening lines you can adapt for specific applications.
